Adjust, change, and perform minor maintenance of buffers, brushes and other attachments on power equipment.
Ensure that needed materials and tools are available on site for workers to complete daily duties.

Maintain restrooms in clean and sanitary condition. Clean and disinfect lavatories, urinals, toilet bowls, sinks, etc.
Clean and maintain walls, carpets and ceiling surfaces.
Using prescribed and standard cleaning procedures vacuums, dust, mops floors, corridors, patient care areas, utility rooms, offices, employee lounges, bathrooms and other areas daily.

Physical Effort: Occasionally uses heavy powered cleaning equipment (e.g., industrial type buffers). Occasionally exerts moderately heavy physical effort such as that required in lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, requiring continuous standing, bending, stooping and reaching . Requires working on ladders/scaffold in the performance of some duties.
Working Conditions: Usually works indoors in areas which are adequately heated, lighted, and ventilated . Exposed to vibration from heavy equipment and to skin irritation from strong cleaning solutions. Care must be taken to avoid serious injury when working on ladders and scaffolds or when using heavy powered equipment.
