Conducts ongoing conference with the contractor to facilitate information sharing and to clarify standards and special provisions of the Test Support Contract (TSC).
Responsible for coordinating, issuing, evaluating and recommending approval of all Work Requirements (WR) issued to the TSC.
Initiates and/or staffs proposed contractual changes to ensure the Governments best interests are protected.
Develops TSC budget planning data to support funding requirements within the directorate.
Performs duties as the principle staff officer for facility management and maintenance.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
Temporary duty travel TDY required 5% of the time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes monitoring and coordinating contract compliance and conducting ongoing evaluations of contractor performance.
