Duties

Help
  • Conducts ongoing conference with the contractor to facilitate information sharing and to clarify standards and special provisions of the Test Support Contract (TSC).
  • Responsible for coordinating, issuing, evaluating and recommending approval of all Work Requirements (WR) issued to the TSC.
  • Initiates and/or staffs proposed contractual changes to ensure the Governments best interests are protected.
  • Develops TSC budget planning data to support funding requirements within the directorate.
  • Performs duties as the principle staff officer for facility management and maintenance.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes monitoring and coordinating contract compliance and conducting ongoing evaluations of contractor performance.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
