You will prepare, modify and maintain drawings and maps for all telecommunication infrastructure aboard Camp Lejeune area bases.
You will import sketches and drawings into mapping systems.
You will research data to determine the most efficienct, economical way to complete projects.
You will use Computer Aided drafting (CAD), geospatial mapping software and Global Positioning System (GPS) equipment.
You will maintain the faciilities and telecommunications intfrastructure drawing library.
You will propose new policies and practices to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
You will perform field verification and record exact locations of infratructure (e.g., manhold duct systems and components, communications pedastels and buried cables) using GPS locating equipment.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
