Summary

United States (U.S.) Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Performs “Hands-on” supervision of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to occasional temporary non-scheduled assistance with serving, hosting, cooking and other duties.
Monitors operations to ensure smooth running of the business operation during peak business hours to set the pace in Front and Back of the House.
Ensures staff is following established recipes and procedures. Helps control the guest flow and monitors ticket times. Ensures consistency in food and service to increase sales by performing table visits.
Maintains order and harmony. As necessary, seeks assistance from military police, to control unacceptable behavior. Keeps an operational log while on duty; opens and closes the facility and performs fire and security checks.
Assumes responsibility for cash during shift including cash collected from waiter’s guest checks. Conducts inventory at beginning and/or end of shift.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
A food handler’s certificate is required.
Successful completion of either front of the House or Back of the House Franchisor specified training.
Successful completion of a pre-employment physical is required for this position. Work requires the ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
Able and willing to work a schedule that may include nights, weekends and holidays.
Must be 18 years of age at time of appointment.

A minimum of 6 months experience effectively working in a fast-paced food and beverage establishment or a current MWR Texas Roadhouse team member.
