Assign, direct, and review through subordinate supervisors or personally the work of subordinates, and evaluate their work performance.
Resolve problems related to the work supervised and determine materials and equipment necessary to complete currency order.
Deal with employees and union representatives regarding employee suggestions, complaints, grievances, and perform a variety of administrative and other ministerial duties attendant to the sections production responsibilities.

SUITABILITY, CLEARANCE & REQUIREMENTS: A background investigation will be required for all new hires. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The position works in a production environment and spends time walking on concrete floors, moving, and climbing in and around large industrial printing presses and related equipment. The position may at times exert moderate force when lifting, pushing or pulling equipment, parts or supplies. Lifting occurs with normal body mechanics and does not exceed 45 pounds. Lift, carry and place on an average of once per week OVl ink kits (set of nine) and intaglio press plates not exceeding 15 pounds under normal and usual conditions.

Applicants must have experience ensuring employee safety and enforcing security processes, procedures, and regulations.
