Serves as a Lead Realty Specialist responsible for communicating Real Estate community of practice roles and responsibilities;
- coaching other Realty Specialists; and, coordinating, and facilitating the execution of work by the Real Estate Projects Acquisition team.
Performs highly complicated planning and acquisition tasks necessary to provide Real Estate products, such as planning reports and real estate interests required for construction access and maintenance.
Manages all funding aspects (plannings, budgeting, procurement, and monitoring) for and assures timely completion of team's realty actions to support management, including work involving project milestones and budgets.
Serves as a Technical Advisor on real estate matters.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Possess or be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license.
May be required to perform travel/temporary duty (TDY) 35% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) coordinating efficient and effective accomplishment of the planning and execution of major products in support of an organization's realty planning and acquisition mission; 2) providing guidance for real estate products prepared for civil and military studies and projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).
