Duties

Help
  • Manages a large, profit-generating business activity with a fluctuating customer base and supervises subordinate supervisors
  • Represents the activity at various meetings and coordinates with special interest groups, agencies, and military/community representatives
  • Conducts management reviews to identify program issues, evaluate success metrics (profitability, customer satisfaction, mission accomplishment), and implement corrective measures
  • Reviews financial reports, estimates projected costs, develops the financial plan, and oversees the procurement of all necessary supplies and equipment
  • Performs full supervisory duties

Minimum Qualification Criteria:
1. Work experience managing or directing the activities of the type of business (Bowling Center) to be managed.

Highly Qualified Criteria:
1. Posses three (3) years of experience in bowling center management
2. Posses three (3) years of experience managing food and beverage operations
3. Posses three (3) years of experience in budgeting and CPMC (Capital Purchase Minor Construction)

PCS Costs
  • Payment of Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.
Allowances and Differentials
  • This is a pay-banded position.
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).   • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will be paid of 8.64%, contingent upon eligibility.
