Multiple - Position may be filled as a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE) 1 Year by a current permanent Army employee. Extensions may be possible in accordance with guidance on the job announcement.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position is subject to a pre-employment Drug screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.

Physical Effort: Work requires the incumbent to stand, stoop, bend, kneel, climb, and work in uncomfortable positions. The incumbent frequently lifts, carries, and sets up tools, equipment, and parts that weigh up to 20 pounds occasionally.
Working Conditions: Works inside buildings, shops, and outside. Subject to contact with dirt, dust, and grease; shocks and burns from high voltage; cuts and bruises.
