Advises upper management and Office of Secretary of Defense program managers on changes and new developments in the security accountability, physical security, standard operating procedures and policies regarding COMSEC security and materials.

A. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the position to be filled. To qualify at the GS-11 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Applies knowledge of supply and logistical operations to include distribution of material, storage management, inventory accountability, systems support, and direct field support.
In-depth knowledge of principles, concepts, and methodology related to the receipt, inventory, transfer, accounting, destruction, preparation of reports, and the safeguarding of security of COMSEC and controlled cryptographic material.
Knowledge of specialized analytical methods, inventory management methods, techniques and specialized needs of COMSEC
