Incumbent provides management and supervisory duties for the assigned area of responsibility.
The area of responsibility includes ticket sales for local area events and attractions and tours.
Provides travel information and assistance to persons giving information on attractions they plan on visiting, providing tickets to attractions and preparing itineraries.
Responsible for the procurement and accountability of tickets for local and out of town attractions
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
A one-year probationary period may be required.
Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
Willing and able to work rotating shifts to include nights, weekends and holidays.
Within the local commuting area defined as within 100 km (60 miles) of Stuttgart, Germany.
Qualifications
1. Progressive responsibility experience, including supervisory or managerial experience.
2. Must have exceptional communication and people skills in customer service and problem resolution and supervises the work of others.
3. A two (2) year degree (AA) with major emphasis in hospitality management or closely related field
4. Experience in attraction sales and guest services is desirable

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Foreign Overseas Allowances
Allowances, differentials, or incentives will not be paid. These allowances may include Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA) and requires a Transportation Agreement in accordance (IAW) the provisions of the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR).
Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
