Duties

Help
  • Serves as Senior Management and Program Analyst for the DCMA International Command Mission Support Office (MSO).
  • Serves as the DCMA International Command Performance Management expert, responsible for strategic, technical and business operations analysis and assessment.
  • Expert on and coordinator for DCMA International Command execution and/or improvement on agency mandated programs and policies.
  • Develops local indicators to enhance assessment of operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analyzes workload-based resource requirements to develop and/or substantiate organizational manning and skills projections.
  • Provides oversight of administrative program policies, regulations, procedures, goals or objectives to achieve consistency of operations.
  • Manages, monitors, develops and implements all actions related to the DCMAI Management Control Program (MICP).

Qualifications

To qualify for a Management and Program Analyst, your resume and supporting documentation must support:

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular competencies to successfully perform the duties of the position and is directly in or related to this position. To qualify at the GS-13 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule (GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized experience includes:

  • Administering a Management Control Program (MICP).
  • Plan, implementing or executing workforce shaping and development programs.
  • Utilizing analytical techniques and methodology to develop trends and projections and experience working with Dept. of State/Embassies.

Education

Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
