Basic Requirement for Management Analyst, NH-0343-04:
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes; assisting in the development of Electronic Health Record; scheduling cycle management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03).

Back to Basics Update : This is a DOD Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position. Selectee must meet position requirements for Program Management certification within 60 months as of entrance on duty.
