Summary

Performs the full range of supervisory duties, organizing and directing activities including: managing a staff, planning work to be accomplished, setting priorities and scheduling work to be completed within the branch.
Serves as a technical authority with the understanding to perform or analyze qualitative and quantitative analysis in efforts to assess and improve network implementation and installation programs and its effectiveness.
Performs contract administration functions by approving technical requirements, reviewing and approving costs, and developing technical specifications.
Monitoring contractor work in progress to ensure Agency standards are met. Accepts or rejects work products from contractors.
Directs, coordinates, and/or oversees work including installation plans, schedules, and management of resources to execute delivery of DISA
services to the Agency and its customers.
Males born after 12-31-59 must be registered or exempt from Selective Service.
This national security position, which may require access to classified information, requires a favorable suitability review and security clearance as a condition of employment. Failure to maintain security eligibility may result in termination.
This position is Mission Essential.
Top Secret/SCI security clearance required.

Qualifications
In order to qualify for this position, you must meet the requirements described below.
Qualifying Experience:
To qualify at the GG-14, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience managing a staff, planning work to be accomplished AND experience performing analysis to assess and improve network implementation and installation programs.
Candidates must describe how they meet the qualifying experience and/or selective placement factor(s) within the body of their resume. All qualifications must be met within 30 days after the closing date of this announcement.

There is no substitution of education for thequalifying experienceat the GG-14 grade level.
