The Transactional Records Team is the HR record keeping entity in HRM, responsible for position management and data integrity for ODNI positions. The team lead is responsible for managing the entry of new employee information into Lawson and ensuring the accuracy of certain personnel records. It processes new hire actions; processes retroactive, correct, and cancel actions; and oversees accuracy of staffing tables.
Serve as a Team Lead in a busy, fast-paced HR office, leading a team of cadre and contractors and managing projects/programs to ensure quality and timeliness of transactions and records; directing remedial action where needed.
Oversee the effective management of programs that enhance the data integrity of ODNI's personnel action process in an efficient and standardized manner.
Manage and develop the TRT staff while maintaining a diverse and inclusive environment focused on open communication, teamwork, quality, and customer service.
Develop and direct continuous improvement and outreach efforts focused on improving data accuracy and integrity.
Drive the implementation of new technologies and automation tools to reduce processing time while maintaining data quality.
Cultivate and maintain productive working relationships with IC HC leadership, colleagues, HR experts, and ODNI senior leadership to share information of interest, explain the specifics of HC programs and, when appropriate, present, justify, defend, negotiate, and/or settle matters involving significant issues.
