Duties

Help
  • You will assist Department Management with the development, analysis, and review of Department financial requirements necessary for budgeting and executing the overhead and direct funding required for a Navy Working Capital Fund (NWCF) organization.
  • You will provide guidance and direction to managers on a wide range of administrative matters by utilizing command directives and requirements to ensure compliance.
  • You will provide overall insight into the development and management of business processes, policies, procedures, and operational schedules.
  • You will develop and establish the department's operational, administrative, and management policy.
  • You will conduct comprehensive assessments of command/department operations criteria to ensure department health and compliance with command goals and mission objectives.
  • You will develop, formulate, and implement department planning, analysis, identification, and allocation of business and operational policies, processes, and procedures.

  • You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/GS-12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: analyzing and evaluating administrative or financial management requirements to identify and implement process improvement strategies for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of financial management programs.
