Conditions of employment
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and special events as needed

- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
- Successfully complete a health screening.
- Possesses the ability to obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, and AED certification and MWR Orientation Course; Customer Service; Equipment (Safe Operation and Basic Maintenance Repair).
Qualifications
Possesses directly related work experience that includes the demonstrated ability to operate multiple fitness facilities. The related work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the NF-01 level.

Previous civilian fitness facility or military Physical Fitness Center (PFC) experience
Possess/demonstrate sound customer service, business management, and marketing skills
Demonstrated understanding of fitness equipment usage and maintenance
Possess the following certifications: CPR, First Aid, and AED
Proven excellent communication, organizational and planning skills
Education
This job does not have an education qualification requirement.

THE TOUR OF DUTY REQUIRES ROTATING SHIFTWORK TO INCLUDE WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
