Duties

Help

  • Picks up food orders from Club Alliance kitchen to be delivered to various locations on base. Verifies receipts and orders with customers upon delivery.
  • Interacts and provides quality customer service to all patrons in the facility and in delivery services.
  • When not driving, maintains delivery vehicles, to include: cleans vehicles used for delivery; maintains and monitors vehicles per MWR regulations, policies and guidance
  • May assist with taking orders and prepping orders for delivery, as needed.
  • Ensures annual/monthly/daily inspections are completed in a timely manner and notifies Club Manager accordingly to schedule maintenance as needed.
  • Helps prepare orders for delivery.
  • Double checks order and verifies deliver to correct customer/address.
  • Completes vehicle log sheet

  • Position requires the incumbent to possess a valid Driver’s License to drive up to 3500 Kg /10 passenger vehicle
  • The incumbent may work in inclement weather.
  • This position is subject to the possibility of work on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

  • Must be able to read and understand English.
  • Must be able to read a map.
  • Must possess good customer service skills
  • Driver must be able to drive a van and electric vehicle.
  • Must be quick and accurate.
  • Must be able to follow all traffic rules and maintain good base driving record.
  • Must be able to drive during inclement weather conditions to include rain and snow.
  • Ability to do the work of the position without more than normal supervision, and the ability to interpret instructions and specifications .
