Duties

Help

Manages and directs special event tasks that could include setup and NAF asset relocation to support major installation wide events that could require lifting up to 40 lbs.
Through subordinate activity managers, is responsible for the overall management and direction of the Directorate, Morale Welfare and Recreation (DMWR) Support Division at a small/medium garrison
Directs and develops finance and accounting operations through various services to include receipt of, distribution of, and accounting for NAF. Maintains accounts showing status of installation allotments, assets, and liabilities.
Reviews and evaluates progress of program plans to determine whether overall objectives are being accomplished economically with reference to budget and manpower.
Preforms other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Work Experience directing one or more DMWR Support Management programs for a garrison, or similar civilian community, for at least one year.

Highly Preferred:

Possess minimum (1) year of professional experience as a NAF Support Manager, Financial Manager, or Financial Management Specialist for Army NAF.
Possess minimum (1) year of professional experience planning, executing, and reviewing Army NAF budgets.
Possess minimum (3) years of operational experience using Army NAF DFMWR financial management and record keeping systems to include RecTrac, SMIRF, and FMBS.
Possess minimum (1) year experience of operational oversight of cash handling procedures, internal controls, NAF government purchase card program, and NAF major and minor construction contracts.

PCS Costs

Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

Incentives and Bonuses

Incentives will not be paid.

Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances

Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
