The Deputy Chief, Quality Management reports directly to the Chief, Quality Management and serves an integral role on organizational committees to promote quality, safety, and value. They will provide subject matter expertise, administrative leadership, and oversight for the policies/procedures which incorporate current evidence-based practice. They work with peers and the Service Chiefs to formulate strategic directions for Quality Management. The Deputy Chief, Quality Management plans, implements, and leads activities to enhance customer services, and collaborates with other healthcare disciplines to establish and sustain programs that cross service and/or discipline lines, and influence organizational mission and overall healthcare delivery.
