Have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-07 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing the following duties: 1) Utilizing 2D, 3D and BIM Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) software, computing devices, operating techniques and standards; 2) Revising and maintaining engineering and architectural plans in the CADD system; and 3) Collecting data, edit, correct, and modify complex geographic data utilizing Global Position System (GPS).
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
