Help
  • Develop communications and outreach plan for the Business Office and assist with the development of templates to facilitate the distribution of support information, guidance, and internal policies.
  • Provide contractor oversight for administrative and project support activities.
  • Procure assets, supplies, training materials, and/or equipment to support ESDMD staff to accomplish their job while working in remote and on-Center environments.
  • Review and approve requests to purchase assets, supplies, training materials, and/or equipment, and monitor expenditures for NASA-provided support.
  • Work with ESDMD employees and internal stakeholders to assess needs, provide information or assistance, assist with resolving problems, or satisfy their expectations; know about NASA policies, mission support services, and NASA-approved products.
  • Identify issues, problems, and use sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives to make recommendations. Assure solutions are strategic and tactical and align with ESDMD policies, NASA priorities and national guidance.
  • Support project planning and reporting for the EBO Support Branch. Utilize reporting tools and develop monthly briefings to communicate status.
  • Manage process changes and program support changes to identify and develop mitigations for potential employee impacts driven by activities such as implementation new capabilities for Records Management and employee outreach.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level:

  • Recommending, developing, implementing, and/or executing processes, guidelines, standards, guidance, policy, or initiatives to improve operations and customer support;
  • Collaborating cross-organizationally to establish and meet initiatives, program goals, and/or assist in the development of communication/outreach for various topics;
  • Configuring tools for tracking actions, support request, internal reviews or approvals;
  • Developing, maintaining, supporting, and/or executing Records Management plans for an organization.
