Help
  • Provide key performance measure data on a periodic basis and evaluate the progress of each contractor and of the program overall.
  • Provide briefings to stakeholders and upper management throughout the performance cycle for the contract.
  • Audit contractor and program data to ensure its accuracy, reporting any discrepancies found.
  • Oversee the collection and documentation of program and project requirements expected to evolve into execution of existing options, new task orders or new contracts.
  • Review and refine business and technical requirements and advise on the best contracting approach to satisfy those requirements.
  • Oversee the acquisition and maintenance of ABS PMO contracts.
  • Execute contracting actions including award of new contracts, modification of existing contracts, execution of option years, and contract closeouts.
  • Recommend contracting approach to leadership to fulfill ABS requirements.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-14, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level:

  • Managing contract management tasks such as task formulation, implementation, contract/task order technical and schedule management, configuration management, project controls and/or monitoring contractor performance;
  • Assisting budget analysts with collecting and assessing data, conducting studies and/or trend analyses, performing strategic assessments, and reporting on analytical findings to recommend solutions to improve operations; and
  • Managing agreements and communication with external partners, including supporting amendments and tracking resources related to such agreements.
