DO-2210-02 - Position duties include but are not limited to:

  • Manages & leads enterprise-level Information Technology applications, workflows, infrastructure operations, and development for the International Office.
  • Provides information technical assistance to organization.
  • Serves as the International Office Computer Security Manager ensuring cybersecurity & information
    assurance requirements, policies, orders, and instructions are applied and enforced.
  • Interfaces with Air Force Office Of Scientific Research/Information Technology to
    communicate business system and manage budget requirements, including hardware, software, & telecom costs, and
    acquisition of Information technology and continuity of operations in accordance with policy and mission needs.
  • Develops applications & workflows for
    reporting, contracting, proposals, and records management. Ensures organizational information of shared drives, digital
    repositories, and web-site postings are accurate.
  • Supports Deputy Director with business operations and administrative tasks as required, including
    tasks & awards tracking, research protection, government systems guidance, marketing & outreach,
    events planning, and sponsoring site visits.
  • Responsible for International Office Records Management program as the Area Records Professional to
    include file management, network drives and SharePoint migration, and paper & e-records
    disposition. Oversees Unit Self-Assessment Program.

  • The duty location for this position is Washington D.C however this position is eligible for maximum telework flexibilities. Telework options can be negotiated and implemented after entrance on duty.

Qualifications

Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for Individual Occupational Requirements for the Information Technology Management 2210 (Alternative A)

To qualify for this position, your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 broadband. Experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of the positions to be filled.
