Summary

You will create standard visual materials to communicate specified intelligence information in a visual form that will convey the intended message to, or have the desired effect on, the intended audience.
You will use industry-standard design software and hardware techniques to produce hard and soft copy products for multimedia related products.
You will complete on-the-job and formal training designed to equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform routine activities that will lead up to the next career progression grade level.
You will provide customer support for the purpose of scheduling and planning work objectives and ensures that customers’ multimedia requirements are met.
You will work closely with customers to produce multimedia products using Department of Defense established guidelines.
You will stay current on multimedia matters, as well as procedures and techniques required to develop and achieve project goals.
You will apply digital/electronic technical terminology in the use of dissemination of Naval Intelligence knowledge-based information in a web environment.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector, such as:
1. Use industry-standard design software and hardware techniques to produce graphics and illustrations, publications, web graphics/web pages, briefs, and other related multimedia products. 2. Operate computer systems and applications (e.g. Macintosh, Adobe, Microsoft Office, and HTML) to create electronic imaging and products. 3. Work closely with customers to produce multimedia products using established guidelines. 4. Provide customer support by scheduling and planning work objectives and ensuring that customers' multimedia requirements are met.
OR
Successful completion of a master's or equivalent graduate degree that included a major study in commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to the position being filled.
OR
Successful completion of two full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree that included a major study in commercial art, fine arts, art history, industrial design, architecture, drafting, interior design, photography, visual communication, or other fields related to the position being filled.
Combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience. Your percentage of the required education plus your percentage of the required experience equal one hundred percent.
