This position serves as the Director of the Office of Human Resources (OHR) for the U.S. Agency for Global Media (USAGM), managing Human Resources (HR) services for the federal entities of USAGM. The OHR Director is responsible for developing and providing worldwide Human Resources Management policies, programs and services to enable the USAGM to carry out its mission, achieve its strategic goals, and enhance the professional effectiveness and well-being of its employees.

As a Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for duties to include, but are not limited to:
Oversees the formulation and development of Human Resources strategies, plans, policies, programs and services to implement the Agency's Human Resource Management Program and Human Capital strategies and plans to achieve its Human Capital goals.
Education is not required for this grade level. It cannot be used for qualification purposes.
