This position serves as a Data Architect supporting the Office of Information Technology/Assistant Chief of Information Officer of the Food and Nutrition Service. Under the direction of the Application Development Branch Chief, the incumbent decides what needs to be done by conducting extensive investigation and analyzing largely undefined factors and conditions to determine the nature and scope of problems and to devise solutions.
