Functions as an Opportunity and Inclusion Analyst for the CHIPS Program Office (CPO). This position supports CPO in developing policies, completing research and analysis and executing outreach strategies. The analyst is responsible for providing guidance, developing policies, completing research and analysis, and executing outreach strategies for both the CHIPS Program Office and the CHIPS Research and Development Office, to ensure that the implementation of the CHIPS Act benefits economically disadvantaged individuals, veteran-owned, women-owned, minority-owned and small businesses.
The analyst will work closely with the CHIPS investment, strategy, technology, and policy, and external affairs teams to support merit review and due diligence, assess overall program success, evaluate market trends, and complete outreach to economically disadvantaged groups and individuals. The incumbent also plans, develops & carries out vital administrative/business programs of significant interest to the public or Government as necessary.
