Performs a combination of routine, multiple, and varying assignments under the general direction a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional.

Provides administrative, analytical, and/or technical support duties in one or more of, but not limited to the following program areas: budget management; contracts administration; database administration/management; employee development/training; Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) administration; human capital; information security/ technology; procurement and/or acquisitions; records management; and/or space management, as assigned by the designated Business Operations Division Manager and/or Executive Director.
Establishes polices/procedures.
Provides guidance for most assignments but allow some discretion for employee to select the most appropriate approach(es).
Receives guidance on selecting approaches from a manager, project/program manager, team leader, or more experienced professional.
Candidates must have one year (52 weeks) of SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE equivalent to at least the next lower grade level (FV-F or FG/GS-5/9) that is typically related to the line of work of the position to be filled and which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position. To be creditable, specialized experience must have been at least equivalent to the next lower level in the normal line of progression for the occupation in the organization.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE at the next lower level: FV-F - GS-5/9:
Experience applying administrative practices and procedures, gathering data from a variety of sources, and supporting projects and programs. AND
Experience using various office automation software programs, tools and techniques used in support of office operations and the production of a variety of documents.
