The Deputy Director works closely with the Office of Technology, Services, and Innovation (TSI) Director in managing USAGM engineering, technical personnel and systems, which are critical to achieving the Agency's mission. You will be evaluated on the quality and extent of your total accomplishments, experience, and education (if applicable). Your application will be rated and ranked by an Executive Resources Board (ERB), using only the information submitted within the application package. Highly qualified candidates may be invited to participate in structured interview and undergo a reference check. The ERB will make recommendations on the final selections to the approving authority.

5. SES Non-Competitive Applicants - proof Proof of SES non-competitive eligibility is required. Proof consists of:
1) SF-50 showing your status as a:
(a) current Career SES appointee,
(b) former Career SES appointee with career SES reinstatement eligibility, or
(c) current or reinstatement eligible Career SES-equivalent executive

2) A certificate of completion from an OPM-approved SES Candidate Development Program (SES CDP). NOTE: This applies only if your ECQ's have been approved by an OPM Qualifications Review Board (QRB) through the SES CDP.
