SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: GS-09 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-07 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience with functional programs, operations and processes sufficient to perform studies and evaluate program operations; Experience that demonstrated knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques and management and organization principles for assessing program development or execution and improving organizational effectiveness and efficiency; Skill and ability in applying basic fact-finding and analytical techniques to gather information and data presentation methods to prepare clear and effective recommendations both verbally and in writing; Ability to present data, interpretations and conclusions in a clear, concise and logical manner.

MEET TIME IN GRADE (TIG) REQUIREMENT: Under merit promotion procedures, Federal applicants must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade to satisfy time-in-grade restrictions contained in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. Time is credited based on calendar time served in a grade, regardless of the number of days or hours worked.
