This position is located in the Southwest Laboratory, Vista, CA.
The incumbent will perform the following duties:
-Provides administrative and human resource management functions relative to the staff supervised.
-Makes major operational decisions relating to all laboratory programs.
-Provides overall supervision to laboratory personnel and support members.
-Serves as expert consultant in planning, monitoring, and administering chemistry projects of national and international significance.
-Provides technical insight into the development and management of policies, procedures, and operational schedules necessary for new systems and functions.
