The incumbent will work with the Latin American Program Director to develop a wide range of initiatives on Venezuela and Central America as well as programming on the region’s digital transformation, Environment, Sustainability and Governance (ESG), and energy transition. Specialized Experience:
You must possess at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-7 level in the Federal service, (obtained in either the public or private sectors). For this position, examples of specialized experience must include activities such:

TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible. One year at the GS-7is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-9 level.
