If selected for this position, you will join a well-respected team that is responsible for worklife programs. As the Worklife Program Manager, your typical work assignments will include:
-Planning and delivering expert Human Resources advisory services and strategic worklife program in support of the collective United States Attorneys Office (USAO) community.
- Performing advisory services on workers compensation and unemployment program policy, short- and long-range worklife program and policy development, and strategic planning activities in support of senior leadership.
-Developing and leading effective worklife, and workers compensation program communication and training efforts across the USAO Human Resources community.
-Analyzing information related to on-the-job injuries or illnesses provided by supervisors and employees in support of on-the-job worker's compensation claim.
Responsibilities will increase and assignments will become more complex as your training and experience progress.
There is no substitution of education for experience at the GS-14 level.
Payment of relocation expenses will not be authorized.
