Provides expert level project management as the Federal Program Officer for NIST construction grant program projects. Direct, manage and coordinate project design, construction, budget, and schedule. Coordinate all project requirements with client. Review requirements, proposals, and design documents to ensure all grant requirements are met. Inspect project sites before, during, and after construction execution to monitor progress and ensure conformance with design document requirements and safety and site standards. Provide periodic reviews of existing grant construction projects to ensure continued compliance with grant program requirements.
