In this position, you will serve as Human Resources Specialist (INFORMATION SYSTEMS). Typical work assignments include:

You have a Ph.D or equivalent graduate degree OR three (3) full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree; OR LL.M., if related, at an accredited college or university in a field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

You have less than one year of specialized experience and less than 3 years of graduate level education, when combined; equal 100% of the qualification requirement. Note: Only graduate education in excess of the master's level [generally 36 semester hours] may be used in this calculation.
You qualify for the GS-12 grade level (starting salary $79,363.00) if you possess one year of specialized experience at the GS-11 grade level performing the following duties:
