As a GILD attorney, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice on all matters relating to the collection, use, maintenance, and disclosure of agency information. GILD advises and supports ICE program offices and other OPLA divisions in complying with the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Privacy Act of 1974, the E-Government Act of 2002, the Federal Records Act of 1950, and the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. Promotion Potential: This position has promotion potential to the GS-15.
