MAJOR DUTIES:
The incumbents leads a team that manages large datasets, develops techniques and procedures for resolving data quality issues and uniquely identifying database records. Directs and coordinates the conduct of the Quality Assurance Team with regular evaluations of OFCCP casework and programs to measure agency success in enforcement efforts and achievement of agency operating plan goals. Provides input to division management on OFCCP training and development needs to accomplish the program's goals and objectives; assists in providing statistical data extracts and reports for the development, testing, delivery, and evaluation of training courses. Coordinates input with the Division of Policy and Program Development (DPPD) concerning
OFCCP's training and development needs based on findings in the quality assurance program reviews and reviews training materials developed by that division to ensure that the course materials are sufficient to meet the developmental needs in the field. Audits conciliation agreements, show cause notices, complaints, and the agency's case management system for nationwide compliance trends, data integrity, and appropriateness of action.
