This announcement provides the opportunity for a reassignment/promotion to the position of Audit Manager / Program Analysis Manager (Audit Evaluation), Quick Response Audit Team position in the OA - Office of Audit located in Arlington, Virginia, Bethesda, Maryland, Carol Stream, Illinois, Dallas, Texas, Denver, Colorado, Long Beach, California, Raleigh, North Carolina, Saint Charles, Missouri, and Warrendale, Pennsylvania.
The USPS OIG uses a Pay Banding system, which is equivalent to the Federal GS scale. Grade and salary determinations will be made based upon a candidate's education and professional experience.
This position is being advertised at the Manager Band level, equivalent to a GS-14. The salary range for this position is $93,907.00 - $122,077.00 plus locality pay.

The candidate will provide a full range of supervision to staff and manage other related projects as assigned. The candidate will be highly motivated and demonstrate experience in planning, conducting, and executing performance audits, to include in-depth analysis or delivery, retail, property maintenance, processing, and transportation operations and programs; and other complex tasks and assignments required to support the Directorate and Office of Audit Mission.
