Nursing Service is recruiting for two full time Registered Nurse position on G4W at the West Haven campus. The Registered Nurse uses the nursing process and evidence-based practice in collaboration with the patient health care team in developing and providing a patient-driven plan of care. The RN is responsible for collaborating with services internal and external to the VA to facilitate care to effectively meet the patients' needs. The Registered Nurse provides patient and family health education with a focus on self-management, prevention and wellness based on patients goals.
Work Schedule: 3:30 pm-midnight and 11:30 am-midnight includes rotating to night tours.

The Associate Degree Nursing (ADN), Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (BSN), or Master of Science degree in Nursing (MSN) must be fully accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission On Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE).
