The Digital Media Specialist is an integral part of the Digital Media Team that serves as the responsible organization for developing and promoting a national awareness of VBA benefits and services within web and social media outlets, developing new modes to communicate VBA benefits and program information to servicemembers, Veterans, survivors and their dependents, and implementing VBA's web and social media campaigns. The Digital Media Specialist serves as an analyst and liaison with internal and external entities and is responsible for monitoring operating programs and activities supporting web, social media, and other digital products to promote VA benefits and services. The duties of the Digital Media Specialist include, but are not limited to:
