In addition to meeting the basic requirement above, to qualify for this position you must also meet the qualification requirements listed below:
Specialized Experience: You must have one year of specialized experience which includes: experience leading a team of professionals and serving as a supervisor with technical experience to evaluate all levels and types of Department of the Army permit applications, compliance, and/or enforcement cases; knowledge of Section 10 of the Rivers and Harbors Act and Section 404 of the Clean Water Act; overseeing general permits; preparing and reviewing formal environmental assessments and decision documents; developing procedures to implement directives from higher headquarters; balance production goals and establish fiscally responsible staffing; contribute to organizational policy implementation; and resolve contentious issues with regulatory impacts.
In order to qualify, you must meet the Education and Experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
