Responsible for implementing and overseeing the social media program. With guidance from the Marketing director, develops FSS strategy and implements tactical plans including building traffic, inciting engagement and growing community social media involvement and tracking and reporting metrics. Executes the 673d Force Support Squadron brand through mess aging, copy, graphic, video, and promotional content to be distributed via social media platforms. Responsible for creating, editing, publishing, administering, and removing social media content. Manages multiple versions of content and designs. Implements new technology, recommends solutions for customers, and performs social media data analysis. Tracks social media based analytics and delivers cohesive monthly reports. Works in tandem with the Marketing Director, Webmaster, and Marketing Specialists to develop creative promotions. infom1ation, and direct marketing for social media platforms. Develops quarterly social media goals and social media marketing plans for all e vents with input from the Marketing Director and facility managers. Develops strategic plans for social media marketing for Marketing Directors approval. Maintains accuracy and relevancy of all content. Ensures timely updates and removal of content, programs, events, and facility changes across all social media plat forms. Maintains marketing work order log for social media work orders: receives, tracks, and closes work orders. Assists in determining campaign and needs including print/digital, type, quantity, and locations; copying, collating, mounting, laminating, compiling. Organization, and distribution of materials. Performs other related duties as assigned. May be subject to irregular duty hours for event coverage. Works with base agencies governing social media content/security to ensure all Air Force and Federal regulations are met. Driving between facilities located on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson is required to perform duties.
