The Office of Digital Management is responsible for connecting business and IT stakeholders and steers the IT solutions for GSA.

The GS-14 base salary range starts at $93,907 per year. Locality pay will be determined upon selection.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
IT SPECIALIST COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS:
In addition to the IT Specialist Competency Requirements listed above, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 in the Federal service.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Specialized experience is defined as experience overseeing the design and implementation of organizational change management initiatives. Experience must include leading usability reviews with customer feedback groups on new IT solution prior to implementation; communicating enterprise-wide messages through GovDelivery; experience with Google Analytics and Salesforce; and implementing an IT training program using multiple channels, including in-person, online, video, web, and social media.
