The Chief Corporate Communications Officer oversees the complete portfolio of communication activities of the USPTO. The incumbent will lead the execution of all agency corporate messaging, outreach, marketing and positioning across the agency to maintain and leverage a presence in areas of paid, earned, owned and shared media. Further, the incumbent will lead the implementation of innovative brand strategies that serve to both activate and elevate the agency’s brand in key audience segments; and build an engaged and supportive stakeholder community.
