The incumbent serves as a Lead Litigation Support Specialist for Case Management and is responsible for managing the workload for the e-Discovery team and providing ongoing advice and assistance to the legal staff on e-Discovery issues and using a variety of litigation support tools in their cases.
If selected for the position, you will manage and facilitate all aspects of litigation technology for BCP, including overseeing the work of litigation support specialists and contractors. Additionally, you will perform the following duties:
