Knowledge of, and skill in applying interrelationships of multiple IT specialties; new IT developments and applications; emerging technologies and their applications to business processes; IT security concepts, standards, and methods..
Knowledge of, and skill in applying new IT technologies, EA processes, system analysis principles and techniques and process engineering concepts.
Knowledge of, and skill in applying, the business value of information; methods and approaches for sharing information through the use of IT assets; capital planning regulations and policies, as applied to the agency's business requirements; performance measurement tools; and methods for identifying issues.
Knowledge and practice of and with the principles and practices of Enterprise Architecture.
Ability to manage complex projects often with competing and short deadlines.
