Serves as Emergency Medical Services Coordinator managing the park-wide EMS program and performs supervisory duties. Duites involve both short term & long-range planning, managing the quality assurance/quality improvement program, coordinating & conducting various EMS training, and overseeing the credentialing of EMS field personnel.

Physical Demands: The incumbent must pass an Arduous Duty Work Capacity Test (Pack Test). Work demands range from moderate periods of office work (walking, standing, sitting, and lifting) to strenuous periods of extreme physical and mental activity. EMS activities involve walking long distances over rough terrain, carrying heavy loads, and using technical rescue equipment. Going without sleep for prolonged periods of time is a common occurrence.
