GS-13 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes experience in applying a wide range of advanced staffing and placement concepts and practices, as well as seasoned consultative skills. Examples of qualifying work experience include: the assessment of resource needs and the development of overall project strategies; conducting cost-benefit analysis and in using the results to support decisions that impact an organization's ability to meet its immediate business goals; providing technical input (e.g., labor market analysis, internal labor demand projections, and barriers to successful recruitment) to an organization's recruitment or recruitment marketing programs; or experience in advising executive leadership on both the restrictions and the latitude provided by federal laws, executive orders, and regulations.
