WHAT DOES A WEB ANALYST DO? As a Web Analyst you will identify, analyze, and coordinate the integration of data to be included in user-friendly websites that provide customers with information specific to their individual needs. You will design/develop webpages and dynamic experiences, and implement interactive visual elements and components on the business unit websites (internet and intranet).You will also provide web channel communications and maintain technical operations of websites.

GS-12 LEVEL: You must have 1 year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience using analytical methods and procedures to research the application and integration of websites and SharePoint sites, participate in conducting studies of website and SharePoint site use, and implement or recommend changes; Experience using programs and processes sufficient to coordinate, evaluate, and analyze usability data to determine if the needs of clients are met. Provide analytical advice and assistance, including written and oral guidance, on the application and integration of websites and SharePoint sites and coordinate with others to determine appropriate solutions; Experience in design and development of websites and SharePoint sites sufficient to discuss and resolve problems with appropriate experts, interpret policies and procedures governing the planning and delivery of web and SharePoint products, and to provide expert advice, guidance, and recommendations on critical issues affecting design and development of web and SharePoint products; Experience identifying system complaints and problems in relation to web and SharePoint designs and coordinating with experts for resolution.
