The incumbent serves as a Program Analyst, functionally known as the Implementation Manager, in the Sub-Saharan Africa Regional Office of USTDA. The incumbent is responsible for reviewing project deliverables, recommending adjustments necessary to achieve required results and quality, tracking the changing requirements of financiers, tracking projects through the post-obligation phase to identify and mitigate problems, and documenting project-related successes to share with U.S. industry, U.S. Government and regional stakeholders.

Telework Suitability:
The duties of this position are suitable for occasional telework and the selectee may be allowed to telework with supervisor approval and if they meet the eligibility criterion in the 2010 Telework Act.
Stipulations of Employment:
Selection may require completion of a 1-year probationary period.
Applicants must be eligible to obtain and keep a Top Secret security clearance. Appointment is subject to the successful completion of a background investigation and favorable adjudication. Failure to successfully meet these requirements will be grounds for termination.
